The Citizens Helpline "1595" received a total of 720,428
incoming requests between December
2003 and December 2009.
More specifically, requests are divided into two
categories, namely administrative information requests and intermediation
requests. The rates are as follows:

The municipal services
which attracted the greatest number of intermediation requests were the
Electrical Services Department, Maintenance Services Department and Waste
Management Department.
The remaining requests related
to other municipal departments as well as public services and entities outside
the municipality, such as the Public Power Corporation (DEH), the Hellenic
Telecommunications Organization (OTE), the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage
Company (EYDAP) and the Ministry of Environment, Physical
Planning and Public Works.
