Kappatos Gallery presents from 13 to 28 February 2014, for the fourteenth time since 1999, the annual contemporary art exhibition, ROOMS 2014 at St George Lycabettus hotel, in Dexameni-Kolonaki.
Tradition and fashion in Greece focusing on weddings, those significant times in a woman's life, the exhibition presents a large array of clothing from the collections of the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation.
NEON is proud to present in Athens at the Museum of Cycladic Art, the work of the prolific German artist Martin Kippenberger, with works from the D.Daskalopoulos Collection and the Estate Martin Kippenberger, Galerie Gisela Capitain, Cologne.
"PERSEUS and ANDROMEDA"‘speak' English and welcome visitors to Athens.A performance by Karmen Rougeri for the whole family, at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation with English subtitles.Perseus and Andromeda, two mythical heroes brought to life on stage through the creative vision of Karmen Rougeri. Two heroes who speak English and welcome travelers to Athens, sharing with them the magic of this mythical tale on a "tour" through the depths of longstanding Greek culture. The myth of Perseus is brought to the international audience via surtitles in English. Its universal messages and truths touch the soul through this contemporary rendition by the highly regarded director, Karmen Rougeri.
