04-02-21020: “Athens Municipal Police begins weekly delivery of clothing to parishes”

Athens Municipal Police will deliver
clothing items and shoes to various parishes in Athens
each week, so that they can be distributed to individuals in need, within the framework
of City of Athens
social welfare policy and on the initiative of Athens Mayor Nikitas
Kaklamanis.




Municipal police officers made their first "stop" in the drive to
support Athens'
impoverished families today, Thursday, February 4, in Kolonos, where they
delivered 60 bags of clothing items and shoes to the Agios Konstantinos church.
