A permanent exhibition focusing on Elaionas and the Votanikos-Alexandras Avenue twin urban regeneration project was launched on May 12, 2009.

The exhibition features photographs, designs and videos depicting:
  • The development of the Elaionas locality in historical and town-planning terms
  • The actual situation in the area of Elaionas, which falls under City of Athens administration, the planning design which is already being implemented and the projects that have been undertaken by the Municipal Authority
  • The Votanikos-Alexandras Avenue Twin Urban Regeneration project is presented at the end

The candidate that will represent Greece in the 10th European Jazz Festival in Athens, organized by City of Athens "Technopolis" from May 25 to 29, 2010, will be selected by a four-member committee that consists of: Yiorgos Katsaros (City of Athens Music Ensembles chairman), Yiannis Terezakis (City of Athens Big Band conductor), Yiorgos Haronitis (Jazz & Jazz magazine editor) and Pantazis Tsaras (music producer).

Those interested can submit their applications and enclose a CV and a CD or demo of their work from Monday, February 8 to Wednesday, March 31, 2010 to: City of Athens "Technopolis", 100 Pireos St, Post Code 118 54, Athens, marked "To participate in the 10th European Jazz Festival.

The exhibition presented by the City of Athens Cultural Organization at the Arts Centre is the "Common basis" for 7 Greek artists.

The exhibition of the Cultural - Environmental Group of the Kallitheas Elassonas High School, presents replicas of traditional structures from the area of Elassona in the form of miniature, accompanied by photographs of the original structures. The building materials used, are mostly stone, wood and dirt.

An interesting and very different exhibition by Elizabeth Chu is presented to the Athenian audience by the City of Athens Cultural Organization and the delegacy of Taipei (Taiwan).

Elizabeth Chu presents a type of Asian painting that is very different from Western painting in terms of style, the material and the tools used. The public is invited to experience the art, the culture and the philosophy of the East, the painting of natural landscape with watercolors and ink.
