“Twin Regeneration: Two Localities are Upgraded – A Dream is Born” permanent exhibition 12/05/2009 - 31/12/2010 A permanent exhibition focusing on Elaionas and the Votanikos-Alexandras Avenue twin urban regeneration project was launched on May 12, 2009. The exhibition features photographs, designs and videos depicting: The development of the Elaionas locality in historical and town-planning terms The actual situation in the area of Elaionas, which falls under City of Athens administration, the planning design which is already being implemented and the projects that have been undertaken by the Municipal Authority The Votanikos-Alexandras Avenue Twin Urban Regeneration project is presented at the end “A scent of dance…in the capital” 01/07/2009 - 15/07/2009 The Energy of the City of Athens International Dance Festival is well known by now. Every year from 1 July to 15 July, "Technopolis" welcomes some of the most interesting and recognized dance groups from Europe, America...and Greece as well. The presentation of trends, creations and tendencies ultimately aims in exposing the Athenian audience to the art of dancing. 3rd Fine Arts Exhibition “The Blue of the Aegean 2009” 07/07/2009 - 19/07/2009 The Cultural Organization of the City of Athens and the artists collaborating with the "Aegean Summer Art Academy", present for the 3rd consecutive year the long established fine arts event titled "The Blue of the Aegean". The artists deal with the subject through the personal experiences they have lived in the Aegean's Archipelago which they convey artistically, each one separately, following their personal style and aesthetics.
