The museum hosts a permanent exhibition on the Greek statesman Eleftherios Venizelos. It features a remarkable personal collection of books and written material, referring to him and the era in which he lived.

The museum's collections include documents, journals, photographs, letters, portraits, illustrations and various objects dating back to the time of Eleftherios Venizelos' birth, and referring to significant historical events of the 1864-1936 period.

The museum has a library, lecture room and projection room.
