City of Athens Organisational Structure

General Secretary
The General Secretary is the head of municipal staff and has sovereignty and control over all municipal services. He carries out the responsibilities assigned to him by decision of the Mayor.
City District Councils
The City of Athens comprises seven (7) City District Councils.
